EBC GPFA Racing Brake Pads
The EBC R&D team have been at work over the winter bringing us our annual upgrade to formulations. This year in response to top racers asking for more bite on bikes equipped with slick tyres and latest calipers EBC have launched the GPFA series. These pads will run alongside the EPFA range for one simple reason. The GPFA pads are TOO GRIPPY for street use and are race only brake pads.
BEST BRAKE PADS FOR EXCLUSIVE RACE USE - Where available use the GPFA and if not available use EPFA. Please note the GPFA pads are simply too grippy for highway use.
Garry Gallagher, EBC's race tech engineer was at Daytona 2011 with 200 sets of the new GPFA pads and was running these on every bike he could….the result…..100% good news. The new GPFA compound impressed all levels of riders including eventual race winners and the OK was given to the EBC Ohio factory to go ahead producing quantities of the new GPFA pads for their global locations.
